Hello PolicyStat Admins! If you answer yes to one or more of the following questions, please read further: Does your regulatory agency require local approval of system policies that ‘apply’ to your location? Do you need to allow approvers to mark their approval outside of an approval workflow without advancing the policy version? Are you tired of switching betweenminor andmajor revision approval workflows during reviews? Are you using acknowledgements or approval simulations for approval ‘work-arounds’? I’m currently looking for early adopters that are interested in testing out ‘Site-Specific Approvals’. These allow designated staff/approvers to mark their approval on an Active policy without having to be a part of an approval workflow or advancing the policy version. Please reply to this post if you are interested in being an early adopter!
Site-specific (Ad-hoc) Approvals Now Available to Early Adopters
Hi @Barbara Gordon @Gillian Payne @Denny Chlebek @Deborah Wallis ? @Cory Wiley-Godoi Site-specific approvals are ready to try out. Before it’s enabled, please be aware that this feature requires an approver to have edit permissions to the policy (ie "Create/Edit permissions) in order to see the site-specific approval box. Please let me know if you would like to proceed and confirm which site(s) it should be visible on.
